Order Information

Made To Order

Every order – unless otherwise stated on the product screen – is made to order. This means that once your order is placed we select your specific items and print them just for you.

If you place an order but have noticed a mistake and would like to alter it please get in touch as soon as possible. If you tell us before we begin creating your order – usually a couple of days after the order is placed – we should be able to update it for you. If it’s after that time still let us know just in case there’s anything we can do.

Creating Your Order

Due to the bespoke nature of your order it takes a few days to get everything together to begin creating it. We will send it out as soon as possible but occasionally outside forces may delay dispatch, if that’s the case we’ll be in touch to keep you updated. Currently our dispatch window is 5 to 10 working days.

If you are in a particular rush to receive your order please get in touch and we will do what we can. An extra charge may be applicable.


We send all orders via Royal Mail unless otherwise stated. Smaller orders have the option of standard or tracked, while larger orders will automatically be sent tracked. The price of postage depends on your order and is calculated in your basket.

All orders over £40 (UK mainland only) now include free delivery.

International Orders

All orders from the EU may now be subject to paying VAT and other fees on receipt which is your responsibility to pay.

All other international orders may be subject to import duties and fees. Please check with your local authorities for more information.

Returns and exchanges

Due to the bespoke nature of your order we can only accept returns or make an exchange if you have received the incorrect item, or if it is faulty. While we make every effort to send out orders in top condition we are only human so occasionally an erroneous item may slip through. If that happens please get in touch straight away and we will discuss with you what will be the best course of action.

We will only accept returns once they have been approved; any unexpected returns will be sent back unopened at the senders expense. All approved returns must be sent back in the same condition they were received, unworn and with all tags still attached. Anything outside these parameters will no longer be eligible for a refund or exchange.
